He's Edward J Brock. He's not famous, but occasionally there are a few people who recognize his picture. He'd stopped to sign an autograph and finds her after waving, sliding in beside her and wrapping a possessive arm around her waist, leaning in to whisper in her ear, "...Has anyone told you you look beautiful?"
